There is a caravan of illegal immigrants headed for the United States. The president is threatening to cut off foreign aid to their country of origin. Up to 3,000 migrants are headed this way from Honduras. The president today threatened to withdraw funding and aid from Honduras if it does not stop the caravan from proceeding.
