Davenport police and the Davenport Fire Department and EMS teams were called to the I-280 remap from southbound Highway 61 around 3:40 Monday afternoon.
Police say a loaded cement truck made a left turn too quickly onto the eastbound ramp of I-280 and rolled.
The driver was the only person inside the truck and has non-life threatening injuries. That driver was taken to Genesis East for treatment. That driver was cited for a license restriction violation and for losing control of a vehicle. No one else was hurt.
The ramp was closed for quite some time as crews cleared the wreckage.
