The Bureau of Land Management is spending $450,000 to teach American Indian tribes how to hunt, fish and gather food during the Climate Change Period of North American history.

$450,000 is a nice chunk of change. Think how happy you would be if the check arrived in your mail box.

In addition, how on Earth did the Bureau of Land Management get involved in teaching American Indians anything? How is teaching Indians considered land management?

Finally, how did Indians get so special? Aren't we going to teach Chinese immigrants how to hunt, fish and gather food? Can't we find a dollar or two for the flood of immigrant Central American children? Central American children deserve to know how to hunt, fish and gather food. Unless the food stamps, free clothes and rent we are giving them somehow makes up for their inability to hunt, fish and gather food.
