It will, of course, head to the appeals court, where the damages (lots of money) awarded to the polygamous family will be confirmed. Damages? Yes, the Husband and his Four Wives had to flee Utah for fear of prosecution. Lots of money.
Later, when we get to the guy who has a deep and lasting attachment to his Irish Setter and sues in federal court, do you suppose a tiny bit of horse sense might arise in the liberal heart?
