The city has to make the payments on the million and a half they borrowed to buy that swamp land for a shopping center across from the casino.
There is no shopping center and there is an invisible Walmart.
The city needs some money. Therefore, it is reasonable to assume they are going to sell off some assets.
Just in passing, the city also spends $40,000 a year to maintain the Hauberg mansion. That also might seem a bit excessive.
