Presidential candidate Bernie Sanders, appearing in Iowa over the weekend, expressed an opinion about convicted felons having the right to vote. He feels they should vote while they are still in prison. After all, they are Americans.
That would mean that Nicholas Sheley and Stanley Liggins, convicted murderers, would be able to vote from their cells in maximum security.
Interesting idea.
