A 4 year old boy riding his bicycle in Waterloo and was struck by vehicle continues to recover. The driver of that vehicle was a 12 year old boy.
Police say 34 year old Jesse Azbill had given the 12 year old permission to drive the vehicle early Tuesday afternoon. The 4 year old boy was rushed to a hospital. His name and medical condition are not known.
Records show that Azbill remains in custody. He is charged with child endangerment causing injury and serious injury by a vehicle.
Azbill's relationship to the 12 year old boy driving his vehicle is not known.
