The victim in Monday's deadly hit-and-run accident on Highway 61 and 41st Street South in Muscatine as 49 year old Devin Estabrook of Letts, Iowa.
Officials say the accident happened at 5 a.m. when Estabrook was out riding a bike. Estabrook was hit by an unknown driver who did not stop after the accident.
Grandview, Iowa’s Facebook page shows that Estabrook was a firefighter with that department. Estabrook was also a paramedic and worked for the Iowa Speedway as an EMT.
The search for the driver continues.
