Davenport Teens Arrested For Armed Robbery

Two 17 year old males from Davenport are in the Scott County Jail facing armed robbery charges.

A 15 year old boy called Eldridge Police around 12:30 Monday afternoon to report that he was robbed near West Maple Street and Dammann Drive. The teen said the two suspects had a black revolver and they demanded money and his phone. The two took off towards Davenport.

Eldridge Police and Scott County Sheriff's deputies found and stopped their vehicle in the 300 block of W. Slopertown Road. Inside the vehicle they located the cash and a loaded .22 caliber revolver.

The two teenagers were booked with one count of 1st degree robber, one count of going armed with intent and one count of carrying weapons.
