A man from Oelwein is charged with indecent exposure after two incidents at a sweet corn stand in Independence.
Police say that Benjamin Weber visited the stand on August 22nd that was located near the Casey's on 3rd Avenue SE. They say that Weber was inside his vehicle paying for corn when he exposed himself to an employee.
Weber faces a second charge for a similar incident at the stand on August 8th.
Weber was booked into the Buchanan County Jail.
