Burlington, Iowa A West Burlington man is behind bars after being arrested for enticing a minor under the age of 16.
45 year old Andrew Nebergall was arrested Wednesday on a warrant out of Des Moines County. He is accused of enticing a minor under the age of 16 for sexual purpose or an illegal act. Nebergall is being held in the Des Moines County Correction Center without bond until his court appearance.
Burlington Police's Criminal Investigation Division and the Mississippi Valley Child Protection Center conducted the investigation that is ongoing.
