A driver is facing charges after an accident with a Davenport school bus Monday morning.
Police say the accident happened at East Locust Street near Bridge and they shut down that stretch during the investigation.
Police say a woman driving an SUV ran a red light and hit the bus with 7 passengers and a driver on board. The woman told police that she didn't see the bus due to light glare from the sun.
The woman suffered minor injuries and was ticketed. No one on the bus or the driver was injured.
