DAVENPORT, Iowa - An arrest has been made in a disturbance in early September in the 900 block of Warren Street that involved an argument and gunfire.
KWQC TV6 reports that Tristen Ramsey of Davenport is facing a misdemeanor charge of intimidation with a deadly weapon.
Davenport police say that altercation involved about seven people. Police say at one point Ramsey pulled out a gun and hit two of those individuals in the face and head. Ramsey then apparently fired one or two rounds into the air. Shell casings were found at the scene.
Two victims were treated for injuries from the assault.
