Extensive road work continues in the Quad Cities. Common sense says you do no road work in December, January, February and March.
The current difficulties with the I-74 bridge, already one year behind schedule, are not going to be solved over the winter.
This comment is prompted by compassion for the road workers who are freezing each day on these late projects.
