ROCK FALLS, Illinois - A suspect is behind bars in connecting to a stabbing.
Rock Falls Police Department say that just after 10:45 a.m. Wednesday, they stopped a vehicle for a license plate violation. That is when one person got out and ran.
KWQC TV6 reports that police say Jordan Kaye led officers on a short foot chase before he was taken into custody.
There was a warrant out for Kaye's arrest in Whiteside County in connection to a stabbing investigation. Kaye is now in the Whiteside County Jail.
