Two eastern Iowa health clinics are getting a share of one-point-six-million dollars in grants from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
The department announced Wednesday Community Health Care Inc. in Davenport is getting just over 550-thousand dollars, while Community Health Care Centers of Southeast Iowa in Burlington is getting one-million dollars.
The money will go toward improving buildings damaged by natural disasters, including last month's derecho.
