(Fairfield, IA) -- The second 16-year-old charged with the murder of a Spanish teacher is asking for juvenile court. Jeremy Goodale's lawyer filed the motion Tuesday. Willard Miller's lawyer filed the same motion last week. The two teens are currently charged with first-degree murder as adults.
