The illegal alien shot Kate Steinle dead. The Mexican citizen was a homeless drug user who "found" the gun. After he shot the American citizen he tossed the stolen gun into the bay and fled. The illegal alien had already been deported 5 times. San Francisco would not hold him in jail to be kicked out of the country for the 6th time, so he was walking free to shoot Kate Steinle.
He is on trial today in San Francisco.
