Here is part of the reason for the problems in education. A 24 year old female English teacher was filmed by her students snorting cocaine in her classroom at 10:30 in the morning. She teaches at Lake Central High School. She told the police she has been using since her freshman year at Purdue University in Hammond, Indiana.
