UPDATE 11:05 a.m.: A second scene has roads closed from 17th to 23rd.
One individual is dead after a shooting in downtown Moline.
Police are currently unsure where the shooting occurred. Witness statements say there are three vehicles involved and two have been located.
Police report that there were 8 gunshots that were fired near the Moline City hall. The victim's next of kin have not been notified.
There are no suspects and no individuals in custody at this time.
Illinois State Police will be processing the crime scenes.

Roads are currently closed from 7th avenue and 17th to 15th streets. City Hall will operate per usual but with restricted access.
