The word from California is that their environmentalist new governor is thinking about banning drilling for oil both on-shore and off-shore. This is a state with 26 million vehicles on the roads. Those vehicles run on gasoline.
This would be fun to watch. The thought of 39 million Californians on the Interstate system riding their bicycles delights the imagination.
