19 Year Old Man Accused Of Stealing From Flood Damaged Davenport Store

A Davenport man is accused of breaking into a downtown Davenport business closed by Mississippi River flooding.

19-year-old Austin Sedlaczek was arrested Saturday outside Two-Scoops-Tobacco Shop. Police say he had a thousand dollars in stolen merchandise with him.

The owner of the shop tells KWQC-TV 6 in Davenport the man got in through a window and tried to shut off the security alarm system, and he notified police.
