DAVENPORT, Iowa - A woman who died in a car crash in Davenport on Thursday is identified.
Police say 48-year-old Lori Letts of Davenport died when her car was hit by another man who investigators say started a police chase.
Nineteen-year-old Angel Ochoa refused to stop as police attempted to pull him over. Officials say he ran a red light before crossing the center line where he hit the car driven by Letts, who died at the scene.
An 18-year-old passenger in Ochoa's car was taken to the hospital after the crash.
Ochoa went to the hospital as well, but was released.
