DAVENPORT, Iowa - Neighbors say a man was caught on video trying to break into people's cars.
The footage was captured on a resident's security camera around 5:45 a.m. Saturday morning in the 900 block of Cimarron Drive.
The owner of the surveillance camera says the man looks like he is in his mid-twenties with a tattoo sleeve.
Anyone with information about the man in the video is urged to contact Davenport police.
