Carroll County, Illinois officials are investigating a deadly crash this morning on Viaduct Road near Plum River Bridge.
36 year old Jamie L. Boling of Savanna died at the scene. Savanna Police say his Toyota Yarus drifted into oncoming traffic and into the path of the semi.
The accident happened just after 8 a.m. The driver of the semi received minor injuries and was treated and released at the scene.
