A street in Galesburg, Illinois is closed due to an accident. It happened around 5 p.m. Tuesday. Galesburg Police say East Main Street at Michigan Avenue will be shut down for about five hours. The accident knocked down a power pole. This is impacting both lanes of traffic and the I-74 exit into Galesburg. Police ask that drivers avoid that area.
