Quad Cities authorities are looking for 38 year old Mario Mendoza-Gutierrez.Police say he is wanted in Scott County for Sex Offender Failure to Register and for parole violations on an original charge of sex abuse.
Mendoza-Gutierrez is 5'7", 180 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
