Three Arrests Made After Shots Fired and Pursuit With Police

Davenport, Iowa - Three arrests have been made in a shots fired and pursuit with law enforcement.

Police say that around 12:30 Tuesday morning they were called to the 6300 block of Appomattox Road for shots fired call. Police found shell casings and evidence that a bullet struck a vehicle and two buildings.

Police determined the suspects were in a tan SUV and they located that vehicle at W 53rd and Brady Street. When police approached the SUV the driver took off.

Police tell TV6 the pursuit went on to I-74 where the SUV tried to make the on-ramp to go east on I-74. The driver was speeding and didn't make the curve, lost control and the vehicle went into the ditch.

Police say that four people got out and ran. Three were taken into custody. Police say that a gun was found on the ground outside the SUV.

27 year old Demario Eddings is charged with an intrastate warrant for escape, felon in possession, intimidation with a weapon and interference with a weapon.

33 year old Marcus Kelly is charged with felon in possession, intimidation with a weapon and interference with a weapon.

24 year old Teron Conley is charged with felon in possession, intimidation with a weapon and interference with a weapon.

No one was hurt and in information has been given regarding the fourth suspect involved.
