COLONA, Iowa - 56 year old Colona man is facing murder charges after a domestic disturbance Wednesday morning.
Colona Police responded to a home on Oak Drive after receiving a call around 5:40 a.m. Officers found one person dead inside.
The suspect, Steven L. Scott was at the scene and then taken into custody. He was booked and will be charged with 1st degree murder.
The name of the victim has not been released.
