WASHINGTON D.C. - There will be 50 new human resources professionals at the Rock Island Arsenal. KWQC TV6 reports that U.S. Senators Dick Durbin and Tammy Duckworth and U.S. Representatives Cheri Bustos and Dave Loebsack made the announcement that the positions are through the U.S. Army's Civilian Human Resources Agency to support the Defense Health Agency.
This is in addition to 160 positions that were added in 2018. that included positions at the U.S. Army's manufacturing center at the Rock Island Arsenal.
The Arsenal’s role is to adapt to the needs of the military and provide critical items to our troops.
