QUAD CITIES - I-74 eastbound about 3 miles east of the Quad City Airport is closed due an accident involving two semis and a vehicle. Both eastbound lanes are closed at mile marker 8.
KWQC TV6 reports the Illinois State Police are at the scene. It is not yet know how long the lanes will be closed. There are injuries but how many people and the extent of injuries are not yet known.
Drivers should use US Route 6 or I-80 as alternate routes.
