Being in agreement with the various commissions looking into this, our community must do something about the shootings.
How about stop, question, and frisk? It is constitutional, and in force in other jurisdictions. The police officers know who the bad actors are, and can get the guns off the street.
How about we tell the police to take care of the problem?
