DAVENPORT, Iowa - A driver will face charges after several accidents Thursday morning.
Davenport Police say the driver of a car swerved on Welcome Way and hit the side of a van with its mirror.
KWQC TV6 reports the van driver started following the car that soon crashed into a tree near Central Avenue and Ripley Street. The driver of the car took off but was captured a short time later. Police say they found drugs on that person.
Names have not been released. The van has minor damage.
