Nebraska Medicine says 11 people test positive for coronavirus

OMAHA, Nebraska -- The Centers for Disease Control says 11 of the 13 adults flown to Omaha Monday have tested positive for COVID-19, or coronavirus.

University of Nebraska Medical Center says ten people are in the Nebraska Quarantine Unit while three others are in the Nebraska Biocontainment Unit.

UNMC says two people have tested negative for the illness.

The Medical Center says several of those people are are exhibiting minor coronavirus symptoms.

The 13 people were brought to Omaha after being quarantined for coronavirus on a cruise ship in Japan.
