Police in Keokuk are asking for the public's help in locating a man wanted on a number of charges.
The Keokuk Police Department say 33 year old Jacob Dustan Mills is wanted for parole violation and multiple burglary and theft felony warrants.
He's described as 6 feet tall, 185 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. Police say he has his last name tattooed on his right forearm.
Law enforcement say if anyone has any information on his location, do not attempt to approach or apprehend him, just call 911.
