Quad City pet owners can get free food for their four-legged friends thanks to a local animal shelter and Purina.
From 11:30 AM to 4:30 PM on Monday, Kings Harvest Pet Rescue in Davenport will be handing out dog and cat food to anyone that is in need. There is no need sign up, pet owners can simply drive up to the parking lot, stay in your car, and they will hand you the food.
The animal shelter is located at 2504 W Central Park Ave, Davenport, IA.
