EAST MOLINE, Illinois -- East Moline Police say 20-year-old Javon M. Jernigan set three cars on fire at an apartment complex in June.
They have a warrant for jernigan's arrest on three counts of arson.
Anyone who has information about the car fires at Deerfield Woods Apartments on 51st Street on June 2 is asked to contact East Moline Police at 309-752-1546.
