(Bremer County, IA) -- The Bremer County Sheriff's Office is warning about a new phone scam.
Investigators say the scammers will tell victims they missed jury duty, and to avoid being arrested, they need to call back to (319)483-6685. The Bremer County Sheriff's Office says to disregard these calls and hang up when in doubt.
