(LeClaire, IA) -- Rock Island County and the city of LeClaire are partnering together on a bi-state bicycle and pedestrian path over the planned, new Interstate 80 Mississippi River bridge.
The bridge path will connect the Great River Trail, on the Illinois side of the river to paths on the Iowa side.
Both the bridge and path are in the design phase.
