Iowa has had some loosening of the lockdown in 77 Counties for a week now, but yesterday Governor Kim Reynolds lifted some business restrictions in the remaining 22 counties and allowed some new things like getting your hair cut, statewide.
I know some people that have already booked hair appointments! I'm not one of them, but I did try!
I heard some people say "we are finally returning to normal" after the lockdown. Others were saying they were going to continue to isolate for a while longer.
But will it be normal if we don't have the 2020 Iowa State Fair?
