Later today Judge Amy Coney Barrett will become Associate Justice Amy Coney Barrett and will take her place on the Supreme Court of the United States.
I doubt there is a hazing amongst the Justices, but we do know she can start hearing cases as soon as she is confirmed.
Will the Presidential Election ultimately make it to the SCOTUS?
If we are to believe the polls, the race is very close. The lawyers are rubbing their hands together knowing they are about to make a LOT of money.
But will the newest Justice get a say on who occupies the White House in January?
