The dream is in sight now. Last night the Iowa Hawkeye ladies didn't just beat Louisville, they destroyed them 97-83 and Caitlin Clark was outstanding.
Clark set a record with 41-point triple-double, landed 8 three pointers and even found time for a John Cena 'you can't see me' taunt!
She became the first to record a 40-point triple-double in an NCAA Division I Basketball Tournament game - men's or women’s. She scored 41 points on 11-of-19 from the field with 12 assists, 10 rebounds and nine steals.
"I dreamed of this moment as a little girl, to take a team to the Final Four and be in these moments and have confetti fall down on me," she said.
Now the Hawks head to Dallas and a Final Four matchup against either Number One Seed and defending champions South Carolina or the Number 2 Seed Maryland. The game will take place in Dallas on Friday.
