More than 100 boaters in Florida are planning to set sail to Cuba on Thursday.
Organizers want to let people on the island know they're supported in their call for freedom. They won't cross into Cuban waters but will get close enough to shoot flares.
This comes as protests continue for a second week in Miami, Orlando and Tampa in a show of solidarity.
Cuba is dealing with its worst economic crisis in decades, made worse by the pandemic.
