BETTENDORF, Iowa - Two people are recovering after an accident involving a semi in Warren County.
KWQC TV6 reports police say the driver of the semi was making a wide left turn on Illinois Route 135 Thursday. A car behind the semi tried to pass and hit the truck.
The driver and the passenger in the car were both from Bettendorf and were taken to a hospital. Their condition is not known.
The investigation continues and charges are pending.
