ROCK ISLAND, Illinois - A house at 38th and 15th Avenue in Rock Island will need some repairs after it was hit by a car early Tuesday morning.
KWQC TV6 reports police arrested the driver, Donald Washington. He was booked for driving under the influence, reckless driving, resisting - obstructing a police officer and had no driver's license.
There was also a warrant out for Washington's arrest in Henry County.
