GALESBURG, Illinois - Three arrests have been made after more than 40 grams of crystal meth, a gun and ammunition were found in Galesburg.
KWQC TV6 reports that police were conducting a drug investigation and that led to a search warrant for an apartment on North Broad Street. The Galesburg Police Special Response Team served that warrant on New Year's Day.
56 year old Jacqueline Gutierrez, 44 year old Julius Rogers and 21 year old Heaven Sundburg were taken into custody.
Gutierrez is charged with possession of meth over 15 grams, possession or deliver of meth and a felon in possession of a firearm and ammunition.
Rogers was booked for possess of meth under 5 grams, felon in possession of a firearm and ammunition and armed violence.
Sundburg had a warrant out of Knox County on misdemeanor charges.
