GALESBURG, Ill - Two people have been arrested on drug and gun charges in Galesburg.
KWQC TV6 reports that police arrested 27 year old Ben Norville after he was found in his vehicle in the 900 block of West Carl Sandburg Drive. Inside his car police say they found two guns, over two pounds of meth, about 900 grams of cannabis and over $7,000 in cash.
Police arrested Emily Cahill in the 100 block of Walnut Street. She is on supervised release from the Illinois Department of Corrections. Inside her vehicle police found one gun, ammunition, suspected cannabis, meth and scales.
Both Norville and Cahill are convicted felons.
