Ashton Kutcher Featured in Iowa Virtual Story Telling Program

DES MOINES, Iowa - Iowa native Ashton Kutcher is taking part in a virtual reading session being presented by the state.

The Department of Human Services' COVID Recovery Iowa is offering support activities for Iowans during the pandemic.

It's includes the "Tell Me a Story" virtual story time, which will feature Kutcher reading "The Book with No Pictures" by B.J. Novak in a pre-recorded video.

Kutcher's performance can be viewed Monday, August 10th at 10 a.m. on the "Tell Me a Story" Facebook page and the COVID Recovery Iowa YouTube Channel.

The Recovery Iowa program also offers virtual counseling to all Iowans at no cost.

The program is made possible with support from FEMA, and is an extension of Project Recovery Iowa. “Tell Me a Story” sessions will also include stories for bilingual children and families.

Kutcher is a native of Cedar Rapids, and is known for his role in the TV sitcom That '70s Show (1998–2006) and numerous movies since that time.
