Davenport Police identify woman killed in shooting at Chuck E. Cheese

Davenport Police are identifying a mother of five who was shot and killed at a Chuck E. Cheese Sunday night.

The Davenport Police Department says 24 year old Treshonda Pollion has been arrested and charged with first-degree murder in connection to the shooting death of 29 year old Elosie Chairs. Police say both Pollion and Chairs are from Davenport.

Police say Chairs was shot at the Kimberly Road restaurant around 7:40 Sunday night. Investigators say she was given medical attention at the scene and was later pronounced dead at a hospital.

Chairs' family told TV6 that her youngest child is just 4 weeks old. Chairs' family says she loved her children, nieces and nephews and was the kind of person who always wanted to help others even if she needed help of her own.

Police say Pollion is in custody and is being held in the Rock Island County Jail without bail. The investigation is ongoing.
