The Trump administration took a little-noticed pro-life move this week. It's a big one. The $600 million Mexico City Policy of Ronald Reagan became the $9 billion Protecting Life in Global Health Assistance plan of Donald Trump. Aid money from the U.S. government will only be given to groups that promise not to perform or promote abortion.
Notice the 9 billion dollars. This is a big deal.
